By accessing or using AfricaMarket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Listing Rules

• All listings must be for real items or services you own or are authorised to sell
• Listings must include accurate descriptions, conditions, and pricing
• Prohibited items include: firearms, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen items, and any illegal products under Rwandan law
• You may not post duplicate listings for the same item
• AfricaMarket reserves the right to remove any listing without notice

4. Transactions

AfricaMarket is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

5. Safety Guidelines

• Always meet in a public place for in-person transactions
• Never send money before physically inspecting the item
• Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true
• Report suspicious listings or users immediately

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the AfricaMarket platform, including logos, design, and text, is the property of AfricaMarket. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved under Rwandan jurisdiction.
